Are you open for commission work? Currently my commission workload is pretty full, you may email me with your ideas, and I will take a look over it when I am available. 

Are you accepting Grad Cap Orders?  I am closed for current graduations up until the end of the year. I will announce when they will reopen. 

How long will it take before my order is shipped? Your order will ship in the order I receive them. We are currently still experiencing Covid-19. Please understand supplies arrive to me a bit later than the norm. Therefore Your order may take up to 2 to 3 weeks before received. 

Where is my Tracking number? You will receive a tracking notification email as soon as I have that available. Please remain patient, due to a high volume of orders, things do take time, as stated above your orders may take 2 to 3 weeks to process. I can ensure you, you will receive a tracking number. Emailing multiple times about an order will not rush the process. Please email me if it has been over 20 days since you have received any time of correspondence, please email pinklomeinmanagement@gmail.com


Do you ship to Canada or the UK? Yes I do, the shipping prices are a bit more pricier. You may purchase prints, greeting cards, and inspirational note card sets.

Do you provide refunds? absolutely no refunds will be provided unless there is an error on my end. Refunds will NOT be offered due to DELAYED SHIPMENTS.

Can I repaint or copy your artwork? No you may not, all of my artwork is copyrighted. Unless otherwise allowed, please do not repaint any of my art to sell unless if use for personal use. MY original work may not be used for distribution or logos.
