If you ordered a canvas print or pillow, your order may arrive in split packages. Some items may ship faster than others depending on how quickly they’re completed by our third-party production partner. You will receive tracking information for each part of your order as it ships.
Please use your tracking numbers to follow the progress of your packages. If you run into delivery issues, we kindly ask that you follow up directly with the post office or shipping carrier for the quickest resolution.
For custom orders, please know that every piece is hand-painted with care. These take additional time, but rest assured we are diligently working on all custom requests.
