No Returns or Exchanges
All items are made to order, which means they are specially created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure of your selections before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We encourage you to track your package regularly until it arrives to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Timeline
All products are made to order.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.
Processing and shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided. If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue replacements or refunds.
Workshop cancellations
Inclement Weather Policy
Your safety is our priority. In the event of severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone scheduled workshops.
How it works:
∙ We monitor weather forecasts leading up to each event
∙ If postponement is necessary, we’ll notify all registered participants at least 24 hours in advance (or as soon as conditions allow)
∙ Notifications will be sent via email and text message
∙ Your registration automatically transfers to the rescheduled date
∙ We’ll work with you to find an alternative date that accommodates your schedule

We recommend checking your email the day before your scheduled workshop for any weather-related updates.
Please note: Workshop fees are non-refundable. In the event of weather-related postponement, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled session.
